For years, I've heard teachers and parents teach that violence is never the appropriate response to violence. It's a shame that, under pressure, so many good people have abandoned their moral principles. It's very similar to the attitude Germans took in the 1930s. "If they're not coming for me, why should I care?"
The sad thing is that Christ taught just the opposite, and the Born Again Guy in the White House has adopted a moral that is opposite the teachings of Jesus.
Yes, I say, kill no more Iraqi men, women or children (5,000 Iraqi kids die each month because of our restrictions on supplies, according to UNICEF and the former US Marine and UN arms inspector, Scott Ritter) in my name.
