It's like a bank robber who gets charged with murder when a cop or somebody else kills a citzen during a holdup. It's the robber's fault--he gets charged with murder, no matter who did the killing, because he invaded the bank and started the shooting.

The blood is on Bush's hands. It's on the US soldiers' hands, no matter who did the killing. -jr.
