I still haven't heard from your teacher. BUT I did hear from my agent in New York that Dark Horse Entertainment (the same people who brought us Jim Carrey's "The Mask") has optioned the movie rights to "The Boy Who Saved Baseball!" According to my agent, they are "very passionate" about the book and the story and see it as a sort of "Field of Dreams" movie--magical and bigger than life.

Can't wait to hear what you think. I'll send a copy of the book along as soon as I hear from your teacher or parents.
